PROTOCOL
The PCR Enhancer lowers the background in complicated PCR with low template amounts, impure templates or high GC content. As a standard, the PCR Enhancer is used in 1× concentration, or can be added to the reaction mixture at the final concentration of 0.5× – 2× according to the table below:
